  • Trish Reedy

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Trish Reedy has been a mortgage lender since 2010, having helped more families than she can count with their home financing. She is committed to serving her home buyers and realtor partners with proactive communication, realistic expectations and low interest rates. She has been awarded the Five-Star Professional Award for mortgage lenders TEN straight years.

    She has been an Overland Park resident since moving to the area after graduation from Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and Marketing. Trish is very active in her community, including serving with the Overland Park Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, City Overland Park's Comprehensive Plan, the City's Community Development Block Grant committee, Safehome, Girls on the Run and other local charities. Trish was named a 2013 Influential Woman by KC Business Magazine and completed Leadership Overland Park. Trish is married with two children and a two labradors and has completed multiple marathons, half marathons, and triathlons, including Ironman Wisconsin.

  • Maddie Kamphaus

    COO

    Maddie Kamphaus is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building and scaling businesses in Kansas City. As the founder of Elf Made Easy (2013-2024), a product-based business featured in KC SourceLink and participant in the BetaBlox accelerator program, Maddie understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face at every stage of growth.

    Her entrepreneurial journey also includes founding Wheelhaus Marketing Co., where she provided holistic marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits for nearly four years. With a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and expertise spanning data analysis, organizational development, and marketing strategy, Maddie has been featured in Mortgage Professional America Magazine, where she's shared insights on authentic marketing and market trends. She has also been published in the San Francisco Chronicle and by Joann Crafts.

    As a speaker at industry conferences like AIME FUSE, Maddie is known for her practical, implementable approach to business growth. She is passionate about paying it forward by creating spaces where entrepreneurs can find the resources, introductions, and collaborative relationships that fuel real business success.
